ABSOLUTELY awesome stay!
huge swimming pool dedicated section modern machines
the swimming pool IS HUGE. Dedicated sections are there for kids AND a waterslide. The gym HAS modern machines. I appreciated the clean BEACH with easy access.

decent facilities, but some noise issues
food variety good quality food drilling noise no action
the breakfast spread offered much variety and the food tasted alright.
I heard drilling noises from early morning until late at night. I complained but the hotel management took no action.

modern equipment breakfast buffet faulty air conditioning cleanliness issues
the fitness center included modern equipment. i appreciated the rich breakfast buffet it offered. the beach was also easily accessible from the hotel. it was convenient to relax by the sea.
the air conditioning in the rooms seemed faulty with some leaks. there were some cleanliness issues as well, specifically dirt accumulating under the bed from previous stays. the linen was not properly checked, i found a pillow case with blood stains

dirty glasses poor shuttle
the room's glasses weren't cleaned properly stains remained the staff wasn't very helpful the shuttle service was also quite poor i found these aspects disappointing the glasses needed more attention and the staff could have been more responsive to requests the shuttle service did not meet expectations its efficiency was compromised i hope there are steps taken to improve in these areas it would certainly enhance the overall experience

Swimming pool facilities are open at the moment. The kids' zone is also available, but please note that slides may not be operational due to local regulations. Can unmarried couples check-in at the resort?
